We have experience in the production of covers for inverters in the industrial sector. In the injection moulding process, a display is overmoulded using flame-retardant material to meet the highest customer requirements. In the further process, accessories are mounted on the component. A special feature of the cover is the 2-components PU foam seal. The PU foam is automatically applied to the component. This innovative method offers a good alternative to conventional 2-component injection moulding and ensures effective sealing of plastic components. In addition, the application is characterized by long-term resistance and heat resistance, which ensures reliability and durability in industrial applications.
