Our manufacturing expertise extends to functional components in the visible area of medical devices. With our injection moulding and assembly technology, we integrate inserts directly on the machine. The thick-walled component is manufactured using thermoplastic foam injection moulding, primed and additionally provided with an EMC coating and a two-layer final coating in order to meet the surface quality requirements.
